Verified Trust — Methodology
NAVIZIX Verified Trust is an evidence-based review of a business. It is not a guarantee of future performance, product quality, or financial health. This page explains exactly what we check, what each badge means, and what it does not promise.
Blue Tick — Standard verification
Confirms the business exists, can be reached at the stated address and website, and operates under the legal name shown.
What we verify
- Identity of the applying owner / officer (government-issued ID)
- Business registration in the country of operation
- Control of the stated website and primary domain
- Operating address / location
- Basic review-source authenticity scan
Gold Tick — Advanced verification
Builds on Blue Tick and adds a human review of operations, customer experience signals, compliance basics, and a recurring re-check.
Additional checks
- Reviewer audit of public operational signals (response time, hours, uptime where applicable)
- Compliance basics declared by the applicant (e.g. insurance, licences) with sample document review
- Reputation & sentiment scan across public review sources
- Quarterly re-verification with audit log
What the badge does NOT guarantee
- It is not an endorsement of product quality or workmanship.
- It is not a credit rating or financial-stability assessment.
- It does not guarantee dispute outcomes or refunds.
- It is not a regulatory licence and does not replace one.
- It does not certify any specific employee or contractor of the business.
Evidence, review, and renewal
- The applicant submits identity, registration, and supporting evidence.
- Submitted applications enter a review queue. We may request additional documents.
- A reviewer approves or rejects with written notes. Every status change is recorded in an audit trail visible to the applicant.
- Approved badges include a renewal date. Failure to re-verify by the renewal date moves the application to expired, and the badge is removed.
- NAVIZIX may revoke a badge at any time if new evidence contradicts a previous approval.
Statistics, customer counts, partner logos, and any sample business profiles shown inside the product are illustrative unless explicitly cited with a source. Verified Trust does not publish aggregate performance claims for businesses we have not verified.
