NAVIZIX Waitlist Privacy Notice

1. What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we store:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business or project name
• The business type you selected
• The persona you told us you're joining as
• The country and city or town you selected or typed on the form (declared by you)
• Basic technical metadata — timestamp, locale, referring URL, any utm_* parameters on the landing URL, and a coarse IP-derived signal (country-level only) that we keep for anti-abuse and fraud checks — kept separately from your declared country and city and used for security purposes only

What we do not collect: street address, postcode, neighbourhood, GPS coordinates, or device location. We do not collect payment details, identity documents, or advertising profiles at this stage.

Country and city are declared by you. We do not silently infer or overwrite them from your IP address. IP-derived anti-abuse metadata is stored separately from your declared location and is never presented as your declared country or city.

2. Why we collect it

• To manage and confirm your waitlist place.
• To understand geographic demand for NAVIZIX in aggregate.
• To plan language and market rollout.
• To analyse campaign performance in aggregate.
• To prevent abuse and fraudulent sign-ups.
• To send you the confirmation email you requested and future access/launch updates.
• To honour the founding-member offer described below.
• To support removal and privacy-rights requests.

Individual waitlist and location data is not public. Country and city are visible only inside protected NAVIZIX Owner analytics and exports. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

3. The founding-member offer

When NAVIZIX opens, every confirmed waitlist member will be eligible for six months of NAVIZIX membership free on the launch plan — no card is required during the free period.

The offer covers the membership fee only. Members are still responsible for the cost of any AI credits they consume while using the platform. Credit pricing will be published before launch and shown clearly inside the product.

“Confirmed” means you clicked the confirmation link in the email we sent after you signed up. Unconfirmed sign-ups are not eligible for the offer.

The waitlist launch does not include a referral or points programme. Any referral mechanics from earlier previews are disabled and are not used for new sign-ups.

4. How we store and protect it

Waitlist data is stored in our managed backend (on EU/UK infrastructure where available), protected by row-level security, and accessed only by the small team operating the waitlist. We do not sell, rent, or share your waitlist data with third-party advertisers.

We use a transactional email provider to deliver the confirmation and launch notifications. They process your email address only to deliver our messages.

5. Your choices

• You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time using the “Remove me from the waitlist” link in any NAVIZIX waitlist email — one click is enough.
• You can also visit navizix.ai/waitlist/unsubscribe and enter your email directly.
• You can request a copy of the data we hold about your sign-up.

Removal covers your entire waitlist record — name, email, business/project, business type, persona, declared country and city, and the anti-abuse metadata linked to it — and suppresses future waitlist communications to your address.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@navizix.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

We keep waitlist sign-ups — including your declared country and city — until NAVIZIX launches and you either activate an account or tell us to remove your record. If the project does not proceed, we will delete all waitlist data (including location) within 12 months of the project being wound down. Once removed, your record is deleted and only a minimal suppression marker is kept so we don’t contact you again.

7. Changes to this notice

If we change the waitlist mechanics or the founding-member offer in a way that affects you, we will update this page and email confirmed members before the change takes effect.
