Future surfaces will support partners, suppliers, investors and Encore advisors.

How do I join NAVIZIX? Is there still a waitlist?

The NAVIZIX waitlist has closed. Anyone can now create an account at navizix.ai/auth/signup; the 7-day free trial starts when card payments open. If you joined the waitlist earlier, there is nothing else you need to do: create an account with the same email address whenever you are ready. Card payments are not switched on yet, and nobody is charged before then.

How much does NAVIZIX cost?

Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial, then costs £29 a month (Starter), £149 a month (Operator) or £399 a month (Headquarters), excluding VAT; paid yearly, they cost £20, £79 or £199 a month. Every feature is on every plan. Plans differ by the number of people, branches and monthly AI credits: Starter includes 1 person (up to 5) and 100 AI credits a month, Operator 10 people (up to 25) and 750 credits, Headquarters 40 people (no cap) and 3,000 credits. Your own workspace's monthly AI credits are shown in Settings → Plans & credits. Extra AI credits are available as top-ups. No card needed today. Your 7-day free trial starts when you sign up. Card payments are not open yet, so nobody is charged and you keep full access until they open. Until then every account uses Starter.

NAVIZIX is not a fully automated consultant and not an AI-only tool. It combines AI-powered analysis, structured software workflows, real human expertise, specialist review and the 60+ Encore advisory layer. AI output that informs important decisions surfaces source and uncertainty, and exposes a human-review path.

How is my data handled?

NAVIZIX uses business information to provide operating guidance. Private business information is not used as a public marketing dataset. Business DNA answers are private and are not shown publicly. Screenshots submitted through feedback are private and used for review. Public claims require evidence and consent. Demo and sample data is labelled clearly. NAVIZIX does not publish testimonials without approval and consent, and does not guarantee business outcomes.

What is not active yet?

Anyone can create an account and start the 7-day free trial. Paid billing is not active: card payments are not switched on yet, so nobody is charged. Stripe payments are not active. Referral redemption is not active. Gift cards are not active. Cash payouts are not active. NAVIZIX credit redemption is not active. Public testimonials and case studies are not active unless approved and consented later.
