What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device. It lets the site remember things between visits, that you are signed in, what language you prefer, which analytics pixel has already fired. Some cookies are essential for the service to work; others are optional and require your consent.

Always on

Keep you signed in, secure session traffic, protect against cross-site request forgery and load-balance requests. The platform cannot function without these cookies, so they are not subject to consent.

Preferences

Optional · on by default

Remember small UI choices, dark/light mode, language, whether the sidebar is collapsed. Disabling them resets your interface on every visit but does not affect functionality.

Analytics

Optional · consent required

Help us understand which features are used, where users get stuck, and how to improve the product. Aggregated and anonymised, never used to identify an individual visitor.

Marketing

Optional · consent required

Used only on marketing pages (not inside the product) to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns we run on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn. Disabled until you give consent in the cookie banner.

Referral attribution

Strictly necessary · 30-day lifespan

When you arrive via a referral link (e.g., navizix.ai/?ref=ABC123), we store the inviter's referral code for up to 30 days so that — if you choose to sign up — the right person gets credit and their reward points. The cookie contains only the referral code; no personal data about you or the inviter is stored client-side. Clearing it before signup will simply forfeit the attribution.

Managing cookies

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom-left of any page, or from Settings → Privacy when you're signed in.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent core functionality.
